How Long Does Shipping Take?
An order is packed and handled within 48 hours after an order is placed. Orders are sent out through an independent courier service and takes 5-14 business days to arrive. We are currently working on lowering our shipping costs and expediting shipping and apologize for any inconvenience.
How Do I Check Up on My Order?
To track an order, please contact shop.mozzimojewelry@gmail.com with your Order Number and we will forward you a tracking number after it has been shipped out. You are welcomed to contact us at anytime regarding shipping questions.
What is the Return Policy?
Returns can be made up to 5 business days after receiving your order. This is to protect the item integrity.
If you are not satisfied with your order, email us within 5 business days of receiving your order at shop.mozzimojewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason why you want to return it and we will approve of the return.
You are required to cover the cost of the return and we will process your return amount to your original payment within 48 hours of receiving the return on our end.
